PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
If you find a lower price, let us know at the time of purchase or within 7 calendar days and we will be happy to match the price. The item must be the identical model, sold by an authorized dealer with standard warranties and priced in Canadian dollars. Proof of lower price must be provided either by a scanned flyer or advertisement, picture (with visible promotional dates) or link to an online store item, emailed to email@example.com.
Please note: We do not offer price matching on as-is items, refurbished or final sale items, limited-quantity items, limited time offers, discontinued or exclusive items, items marked down due to rewards or points programs, commercial, builder, or dealer pricing, membership or club pricing, auction items, or pricing not otherwise generally available to the public.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returned products must be in original, unopened packaging.
If the product is eligible, please contact us within 7 business days by telephone (705-560-1841 or toll-free 1-800-461-7171) or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to request an exchange or return. If you are unable to return the item in person, we will send you a shipping label via email and we will arrange for a courier pick up. Freight charges may apply. Contact us for more details.
Please note: If a product’s packaging has visible damage when delivered, you can refuse to accept it, or you can have the courier make a note of the damage and then accept the parcel for closer inspection. Please take and save a photograph of the damage for future reference. If upon inspection, you find that the product has been damaged, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for it to be exchanged.
Sudbury Vacuum offers free shipping on all orders over $99.00 (before taxes) in Ontario. Orders less than $99 will be subject to a flat-rate fee of $15. All orders will be delivered by a courier of our choice. Once the item has been shipped, a shipping confirmation indicating the carrier and tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery. (For rural areas add 1 to 2 days.)
Please note: To reduce incidents of the lost or missing merchandise, orders will require a signature upon receipt. Sudbury Vacuum is not responsible for shipping delays or disruptions caused by national or statutory holidays, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or courier strikes.
Additional shipping charges may apply to orders being shipped to remote locations or locations outside of Ontario.
Due to government policies related to COVID-19, our retail store is closed to the public, however, we are accepting repairs via curbside drop-off and pick up. Please contact us by telephone (705-560-1841 or toll-free 1-800-461-7171) or by email (email@example.com) prior to dropping off or shipping your item for repair.
A non-refundable estimate fee of $29.95 will be charged prior to us examining your vacuum. This fee will be deducted from the cost of the repair. Should you decide to purchase a new vacuum rather than having yours repaired, the fee will be deducted from the price of the new vacuum.
When shipping an item for repair, customers may arrange their own transportation or may request that shipping be handled by Sudbury Vacuum. In the event that Sudbury Vacuum arranges transportation, the customer will receive a shipping label via email. Once we have received and examined the item, the customer will be contacted to discuss the required repairs (ie: warranty procedures, repair estimates, etc) When the repair has been completed, return shipping will be arranged. Freight charges may apply.
